NS and MX monitoring
When you change your nameservers (or someone else does) you want to be the first to find out. Same goes with the MX change. You probably won’t use this on a daily basis, but it comes in very handy when you are changing providers and double checking where the domain name is pointed.
Domain registrar & web hosting provider
Did you forget where your domain name is registered? Don’t worry, we are tracking this for you, and we will notify you if, or when this changes! This feature is helpful if you are tracking a lot of websites or you have empty domain names that you want to keep until you decide what you want to do with them. This also helps if you used one of those $1 registration coupons, but don’t want to forget about that one domain name. Just add it to you webmaster.ninja account.
Why is this important?
DNS and MX are crucial in your website activity. If you don’t have someone looking after them, you are going to be in a lot of trouble, sooner or later. It is better to stay informed and have confirmation that the domain name is set the way it is supposed to be. NS should point to your desired registrar, MX should point to your desired email provider like Google Apps or Office 365.
