What is the frequency of checks?
As of October 2017, we are checking for website downtime every 5 minutes on all our packages. If this changes in the future, we will update our users. If you are an Enterprise user with many websites that need checking on a minute-by-minute basis, let us know.
Will you charge me Value Added Tax?
Our company is based in Croatia (EU), so if you have a valid VAT ID, we will not charge you (it is transferred). However, if you do not have a valid VAT ID and you are from within EU, we will charge you 25%. If you are outside of EU, we will not charge you VAT.
Which email blacklists do you check?
We check Barracudacentral, Sorbs and Spamhaus, Abuseat and Spamcop. If you would like us to add more of them, please let us know which one.
Which payment options do you provide?
Our primary payment option is PayPal because they are our partners and sponsors. However for Enterprise clients and annual contracts we also accept credit cards and wire transfers.
From how many locations are you checking uptime?
We are checking from all continents, but wish not to disclose the exact number of servers we have. Number of our servers is constantly changing, but it will probably always be more than 50.
What kind of a movement is Webmaster.Ninja?
Since October 2017 we are striving to help website owners to better manage their websites. Unfortunately, things often go wrong with any given website, and we want to change that.
How do I use the tools?
If you are not sure how exactly to use our tools, please contact support (chat inside tools section) or send us an email.
Do you also provide API access for the data you have?
All our data comes from WhoAPI which is also our website. So feel free to check it out over there.
What kind of analytics do you have for your monitoring?
Ups, you got us there! Unfortunately none at the moment. We just send email notifications when something bad happens, and we tell you what it was. In the future this will change, so please feel free to let us know what kind of analytics you would like.
